Retirement Announcement - Ann Tollestrup

Effective June 30, 2022, Ann Tollestrup will be retiring from Avail CPA after working for more than 25 years as an accountant in Milk River.

Ann was vital in expanding our presence and services in Milk River and the surrounding communities. We wish her all of the best in her retirement, and would also like to extend a heartfelt 'Thank you'. Enjoy retirement, Ann. You deserve it.

We also wanted to take this moment to let all of Ann's clients know that we look forward to continuing to work with you during this transition, and in the years to follow.

Will this affect the Milk River office hours?

No. The Milk River office will remain open Tuesday to Thursday during our regular scheduled hours. We are also available Mondays and Fridays at the Taber office.

If I was one of Ann's clients, do I need to do anything about this?

No. All of Ann's clients have been carefully transitioned to an expert from our Avail CPA team, and they will continue to provide you with the same exceptional level of service that you have come to expect from Ann, and Avail.

Ann's letter to her clients

I have worked as an accountant since graduating the CGA program in 1995, but now I am looking forward to the next chapter in my life - retirement. My last day with Avail CPA will be June 30, 2022. 

I moved to Avail in 2019 to ensure that you will be in the best hands for all of your accounting, tax and advisory needs going forward. As I begin my transition out of the office, I hope that you are already confident and comfortable in dealing with the knowledgeable professionals at Avail.

I have truly enjoyed working with you. You have made my accounting career both successful and fulfilling. Thank you for all the support you have given me.

When July rolls around, I will be enjoying my garden and camping!
