Michelle joined the team at Avail in 2011, bringing with her firsthand experience from the non-profit sector, where she worked as an accountant and gained insight into the audit process from the client’s perspective. Having been on both sides of an audit, she understands the challenges organizations face and is committed to making the experience as smooth and straightforward as possible.
In 2015, Michelle earned her Chartered Accountant (CA) designation, further strengthening her expertise in financial reporting and assurance. Her dedication to client service and her passion for the non-profit sector led her to take on a leadership role in the firm's Non-Profit division in the fall of 2023, where she focuses on providing clear, efficient, and client-supportive audit services.

Chandra has a blend of specialties in the private and not-for-profit spaces. She is the team lead for audits of various Public Sector and Not-For-Profit organizations. In the private space she acts as an outsourced CFO and improves bookkeeping for Small Businesses.
