We are seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Reception and switchboard
- General administrative functions
- Scanning of documents and records
- Electronic filing
- Compiling of client packages (both paper and electronically)
- Efiling returns with CRA
Competencies
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with computers and experience with MS Word and Excel
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
